What will my health plan include?

Your customized health plan will depend on your goals. We will take a close look at your exercise, nutrition, recovery/sleep, and stress management habits. Using measurable milestones, I will help you track your progress as you make your way to your goals. You will have my direct support via text, Monday through Friday.

How specific will my health plan be to me?

Your health plan is set specifically to you from day one. When we begin working together, you will complete a simple yet inclusive questionnaire that gathers details needed to make your personal health plan. We will then have our initial phone call and discuss your starting point, tastes, preferences, schedule, and goals. Once your health plan is in place, our 1:1 coaching will continue to adjust that plan to overcome challenges and find what truly works for you in your daily life.

Do I need a gym membership to work with you?

Having or not having a gym membership during our training is completely up to you. Many clients find that having a simple home gym set up makes exercise more convenient. If you have some basic equipment at home, or are looking to purchase a few pieces, I can help make sure you have the right equipment for your goals. If you do enjoy the gym and would like to continue a membership there, we can absolutely set your exercise plan to match your current facility.

Do I have to log meals?

While meal logging has a ton of benefits, I am aware that many people find it triggering. We will definitely discuss our options and your comfort level. Most of my clients decide to log short term in order to gain a basic understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, and calories. If logging is a definite no for you, we have other options we can explore. Depending on your goals, meal logging may not even be relevant.

Do I have to weigh in?

Again, weigh-ins can be triggering for some, so this comes down to the individual. Many goals are not geared around weight. For those that are, we can begin weigh-ins down the road, find a weigh in schedule that you feel comfortable with, or use non-weight related measures of success.

Do I have to eat foods that I don’t like?

Never. So many health seekers take on a generalized nutrition plan and find they dislike it, can’t reach their goals, and/or cannot maintain it long term. When your health plan is created, think of it more like adjustments and tweaks to the way you currently eat rather than drastic changes. We will find a plan that works for you long term.

Do I have to do exercises that I don’t like?

Never. When we create the exercise/movement portion of your health plan, all preferences are taken into consideration. There are SO MANY ways to move, why choose the ones you dislike?

What if I have previous injuries?

When you complete the questionnaire, be sure to include any previous injuries. These will definitely be taken into account when creating your health plan.

How do we communicate while working together?

When you reach out through the contact page on this website, I will send you an email with a questionnaire and payment option. Once both completed, our initial meetings will be done by phone call or video call. After your health plan has been created and explained, all future communication will be done directly via text messaging.

How does payment work?

All payments are charged monthly via Stripe. Whenever you feel you are ready to end health coaching service and move forward on your own, you can simply let me know. There are no refunds for services.

What if I am Vegan? Keto? Paleo?

No problem! Everyone has unique taste and preferences. No matter what your dietary preference or restrictions are, we can accommodate.
