We are on a mission to alter aging expectations and empower people through health coaching to age fit so they can enjoy the things they love.

As your health coach, I will begin the journey toward your success with an initial assessment. This will help me connect with you and see your starting point, while gathering important details to identify your opportunities for improvement. Together, we will create a personalized health plan based on your specific goals and with your personal challenges in mind. Through our 1 on 1 coaching, we will work to overcome those challenges and help you reach your wellness potential to get you out there living your best life and enjoying what you love.

Coaching Philosophy

It’s no secret that there is an endless amount of misinformation and opinions when it comes to health. Navigating all the complexities and applying them to your own life can be an incredibly daunting and frustrating task. One thing is for sure, there is no one size fits all when it comes to exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. We are each a unique puzzle, and as your coach I will collaborate with you to find the individual pieces to help you reach and maintain your goals. There are a lot of different paths you can take to reach these goals, but finding the most direct, enjoyable, and easy path for you is my specialty. I will use my extensive knowledge to guide you toward a solution that feels natural and attainable for you. Feel empowered with the understanding of your personal health and the tools you need to start or continue doing what you love as you age fit.

Aging Philosophy

It’s also no secret that as we age some things start to slow down a bit. Rather than focusing on what isn’t in our control, let’s focus on what is. Two key variables that are often overlooked but are extremely powerful are your starting point and rate of decline in condition. If we can improve your current condition to reset your starting point to its highest level, then follow your personal health plan to keep that condition through the years in a manageable way, you will be amazed at how capable you feel as you reach those aging milestones. Sport, travel, fitness, play, and a life with less pain become your aging reality. While it’s true, the earlier you incorporate a health plan the better, it’s never too late to make a change.

 With over ten years experience, I have worked with thousands of clients from all walks of life. There is no greater joy than helping others find health and happiness. Getting clients in condition to do the things they love without being hindered by the perception of age restrictions is the reason I am a health coach. My coaching style is hands on, very collaborative, and fully driven on helping you reach your goals.
